The blog is mine mwha ha ha ha!

Turkey Trot (TT) update
I receive a note from China asking how the TT went this year. That girl is pretty brave asking about my running events after what happened at my marathon. The turkey trot went much better than the marathon.
David (Carol's big bro) set a personal best, so I figure I needed to do the same. Yippee a pr (personal record.) That sounds impressive, but it really is not. I've only run 2 races at that distance (10k=6.21371192 mi.) My first 10k was last years TT. It was 15deg with a wind chill of -2, and that was at the start of the race. The temp just dropped as the race went on. I really think I could have beat that time if I broke a toe during this race.

But the best thing this year was my shirt. I signed up online and I know that I selected an adult medium. I am not a rookie when it comes to doing things online. I always renew my car tabs via the net. I do all my banking online. I can use ebay, amazon, itunes. I can google anything.
I KNOW that I selected adult medium.

Does this look like a med?
They gave me a youth small. Small? Hope could not even where this. Thankfully after the race I was able to trade it for a youth large. Collin is now the proud owner.

could you please help me? We need to guilt Tina into more blogging

don't you know that the people behind the folding table are always right? they know exactly what you typed at your computer when you signed up for the race. they are watching you! they know you clicked youth small. especially since it is usually listed right next to adult med. you know.....youth small, adult medium, youth large. that's how they trick people and make money.
